The Cockatrice T-shirt

This design was inspired by a creature called the cockatrice, also known as a basilisk. It was featured in English mythology and was first mentioned in the Bible. A two legged dragon or serpent-like creature often depicted with the head of a rooster. It was said that the creature had the ability to kill by merely looking at its prey, “The death-darting eye of the Cockatrice”.
